Vision Bangladesh: A documentary showing support for street children and orphans in Bangladesh

Education, basic health services, and access to safe water can break the cycle of poverty, exploitation and child abuse; therefore, Muslim Charity is helping through the Schools under Sky and Safe Water projects in Bangladesh. The Vision Bangladesh Documentary highlights Muslim Charity’s plea to help orphans and street children in Bangladesh through School under the Sky and Safe Water Projects.

The School under the Sky project is held on places like Sadar Ghat (Dhaka Port), railway stations and bus stations for the street children in Dhaka to provide them basic education, medical assistance and life skills. When appropriate these children are assisted in being re-integrated with their families. These children are being supported either through orphan sponsorships or family support projects. Some of these children are being enrolled in the Hafiz-e-Qur’an programme. Safe water is ensured through supporting communities to dig deep water wells in areas like Sylhet, Chittagong and Satkhira.
